Weird connection "background color of subdiagram label" & "use transparent name labels"

What is the CAR number for this bug (white text over white background in Loop subdiagram label)? This bug is still active in LV 2015.

This was surely a case of "don't fix what's not broke".  I was fine having the while loop subdiagrams look like all the other ones.  The other side effect is that if you are upgrading old code, old while loops aren't updated to look like the new ones, so it looks ugly.  I know that, functionally, it makes no difference, but LabVIEW is a graphical language.  I don't expect my code to be works of art, but it would be nice if the themes were somewhat consistent.

The actual CAR filed was CAR #494832: Disabling "use transparent names labels" influences color of subdiagram labels. It was made a while ago but some people were looking for it on another thread.
