Dear Sir
We would like to do experimental work using your DSP platform and we need a technical advice to choose the most suitable DSP and its accessories. Our experiment will cover three-phase converters, three-phase inverters, motor control, and sensors.
My questions are:
1- Which DSP platform is suitable for us?
2- What else we need as accessories to run the DSP controller?
3- Do we need an emulator?
4- Do we need a special programming interface?
Please explain with including the required part number to explore it on your website.

Hi Ahmad,
In order to use DSP, you will need the DSP Module, LabVIEW, a compatible board, and a hardware connector. The three boards that are compatible (listed in the overview section of the DSP Module page) include NI SPEEDY 33 and Texas Instruments TMS320C6711 and TMS320C6713. I recommend taking a look at the specifications for each of these cards in order to decide which one may be best suited for your application.
NI SPEEDY 33 User Manual - Part number 371577B-01
Texas Instruments - TMS320C6713 (the TMS320C6711 is no longer available for purchase)
You do not need a special programming interface beyond LabVIEW, although you will need either the full or professional development system. I hope this helps answer some of your questions.
Regards,
Lauren
