What NI-DAQ version should be used with LV 6.1 on XP?

Starting with a new VI, I'm trying to use any DAQ AI intermidiate VI and Labview and the OS lock-up. It was using NI-DAQ 6.9.3f4. Am I missing something? Patch? Upgrade?

NI-DAQ 6.9.3f4 is supported for Windows XP. I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall NI-DAQ 6.9.3f4.
