What are the PCI 6024E ANALOG OUTPUT PORTS on terminal block CB-68LP

Solved!

Dear All

I want to get analog output signal on physical output. In my LabVIEW block diagram I develop the DAQ-assistant and I configure ao0 as analog output. The voltage I want to masure is analog -5v to+5volt. On terminal block what will be the physical analog output port on which i measure this voltage.

Waiting for ypur response.

Kind Regards

I think you are confused.  You use an analog input port if you want to measure a voltage.  You use an analog output port to generate a voltage.

As to what terminals to use, check the manual that came with your PCI card.

Dear Sir

I am attaching Block diagram. In DAQ-ASSISTANT1, I was able to read the real time voltages that I give on port 68,34 of terminal block. I do some signal conditioning and do FFT analysis of acquired signal. Now after performing FFT I want to take magnitude of FFT signal at physical output of hardware. Then I will give that signal to microcontroller input. So for that purpose I am using DAQ-assitant 2 and configure it as analog output.

The PCI-6024E has both analog inputs and outputs, so you should be able to do this.  And your VI seems okay.  I would consider wiring the stop button to the analog output DAQ assistant as well.

So what is your question?

My question is If I am giving 5v to DAQ-assistant 2 then at which physical port of terminal block voltage will be writed. Mean physically on which port of terminal block I will get output signal.

In MAX, you can simply right click on the device and select 'Device Pinouts'. The DAQ Assistant will also show pinouts.
