What do these sentences mean in the my camera specification

This image was taken from  my webcam specification

what is mean by the following

1-sensor resolution 2M pixel?? Horizontal * vertical?? How much H * V in this case

2-720 P HD???

3- is the sensor size or pixel size  will be 0.25" inch in this cam??
