I try something : you are trying to use Excel via LabVIEW and may be your Excel is already open..Try to close excel and run the VI.

thanks for your reply,I upload a picture.the excel need to be opened while i am writing data into excel.

Thanks for the picture, It will help.

Do you know where (in which VI) the error occurs ? On your picture I see 2 VI : "New Report.vi" and "Excel Get Worksheet" - and I am not sure that the error message is related to these VI..

To know where the error occurs put a probe on the error cluster between each VI and you will find the first "No OK".

By the way did you have "Dispose Report.vi" at the end of your program ?
