Did you mean:

What does it means failure render.cpp, line 2799

I have a file LabVIEW_Failure_Log where there are two kinds of failures:
render.cpp, line 2799
fontmgr.cpp, line 4799

And I could find its meaning in www.ni.com/failure.
Can someone tell me what they mean?

Dear Catalina,

When you launch LabVIEW after you get this crash next time, it will ask you if you want to investigate the crash. Choose the "Investigate internal error now" option and email the error log file to us by filling out the form on the web (which will be launched automatically). Please enter as much information as possible regarding when the error occurred, if it is reproducible, your system settings, etc and an engineer will follow up with you on the issue.

If this crash has occurred once and doesn't happen anymore, you can still email us the error log file from ni.com/ask. Refer to this knowledge base entry if you cannot find the log file: Where Are LabVIEW Error Log Files Saved?
Let me know if you have any trouble/questions doing that.

Thank you and good luck!

Hi Catalina,

I will pass the error logs to R&D engineers so they can investigate them. Can you provide us with any extra information about when the errors occurred, if they can be reproduced, etc? If you can reproduce the crash, could you send us a trimmed down version of your VI which causes it?

Thanks and have a great weekend!

I don't have any further information. This application is running automatically each hour in a pc and I cannot be there to see what is exactly happening. i just found the log file that I send to you.

Catalina
