What font should I set appFont to which will work in English, Chinese, Jappanese, all of them...

Our application is widely used and is distributed to most parts of the globe.  We have an issue with fonts, especially in Asian environments where the default fonts don't look right, especially when the user has 'large fonts' enabled.

We would like to put in the ini file for our application an entry for appFont and dialogFont.  I determined that "Arial" 14 looks pretty good on my English system and on a Chinese system.  Another forum post said that Arial dosen't work on Jappanese but Tahoma does.

Is there a font which is know to exist on all Windows XP and Windows Vista computers regardless of the local?

Have you tried using the "Arial Unicode MS"? I saw that "the Arial Unicode font includes support for the Asian languages (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean) as well as for all the languages used in major commercial markets." Let me know if this works.
