What is the suitable LabVIEW licensing scheme with enough remote panel user’s?

One of my company's clients (a large private sector university and ISP) is interested in deploying LabVIEW products at their premises. They intend to provide remote access over network to several of their labs and experiments. These systems are located in a major city and they want to enable faculty members, researchers and students to operate the experiments and access the data over the internet. This will also include access from other campus sites located in different cities. They want to know which licensing scheme would be most suitable to their type of setup.

1.
Which option is better regarding License scheme for;

a.       Remote front panels

b.      VI server

c.       Web server

                  d.      Any other technology

Thanks for the help!
Have a very pleasant day!

If you deploy executables, I don't think there is a limit to how many remote panels you can have and how many web servers are running.

The license limitations for the development software is described in the product's license agreement.  For further clarification, you may contact your NI representative.

Actually, if you click on "Contact NI", it will provide you with a list of phone numbers where you can reach a representative who will put you in touch with your local rep.

If you are in North America, you can follow this link: http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/nicc.call_me?p_lang_id=US

Thanks a lot for the help, Joe.

You should be able to find out all you need over the phone.

Hope they have a toll free number 😉

In the link given by JLV in the above post, just click on the contact ni sales team section, there you can get a popup window asking to select country. If u give pakistan, another window will open asking details. Proceed and post if anything goes wrong.

Hope it helps!

Mathan

Edit: sorry i was little bit late

Thanks a lot Joe for pointing in the right direction. It doesn't look like they have a too free number in Lebanon, but they do have an email address.

Thanks a lot friend!
