What is this "oleautomgr.cpp" failure?

I used several Report Generation VIs of LabVIEW 6.0 to create reports. VIs I used were "Set Report Font", "Set report margins", etc. I continued to have this "oleautomgr.cpp" failure massage. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks,
