What labVIEW add on to 7.1 do I need to log data as waterfall plots and colour maps?

Hi

I am in the process of developing quite an advanced application which will be the user interface to an instrument.  Part of the spec is to be able to log data on-line in the form of waterfall plots and colour maps (and also upload data from file in this format off-line).

Clearly there is a significant development task to endure here. 

Now I am confused as to which add-on to LabVIEW 7.1 I need.  Is it Sound and Vision or the Analysis toolkit.

Looking on the NI web site I reckon I probably need the Order analysis toolkit.

Any comments?
