Where are the LabVIEW 2012 Sample Projects?

Solved!
Go to solution

At NIWeek 2012 I attended several sessions on the new sample projects that ship with LabVIEW that can be used as starting points.  I have downloaded and installed LV2012 and all the toolkits from NI's site but I didn't seem to get all of the sample projects.  There is one I was intending to use to start a new project and it's not there.  It was one for embedded control using an sbRIO/compaqRIO with the FPGA to do a four channel servo.  I have all the toolkits licensed (working for an Alliance member rocks!) so I don't think that is the issue.  Is there a VI package or some other file that I need?

Thanks

The new templates and samples should be exposed through the 'Create Project' dialog...

Did you also install the latest version of the driver: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2969/lang/en ?

Any sample project that relies on a hardware driver being present will typically be installed by the driver to ensure you don't get stuck with code that won't load/work.

Ah, the drivers are downloading now.  That's probably it.  Once the download finishes and I install I will post the results.

Thanks for the assist.
