Where can I download Version 2.2 of NI-Spy?

I have version 2.1 install which won't open a spy file obtained using ver 2.2

The NI-Spy utility installs automatically with NI-VXI 2.0 and higher. It is available only for 32-bit operating systems. This utility is a powerful way to catch all calls to the NI-VISA DLL, NI-VXI DLL, and NI-488.2 DLL.

NI-488.2, and NI-VISA will also install NI Spy, and probably any of the other APIs that NI Spy can view will include NI SPY.
