I made a vi in the eval version of LabVIEW and when I installed the licensed version my vi wouldn't run anymore. It couldn't find the subScaling.vi from the ScaleandMapBlock.llb.

It would appear that you bought the base package of LabVIEW. You need the full version in order to get that (and many more) library.
