Where can I get old LV software for Mac?

I lost my disks for LV 7.1. While NI can look up my SN and the record of my purchase, they cannot supply me with replacement software. They said I can get it from anybody who has it and install it on my machine using my purchased serial number for authentication.

I was a little bummed that they cannot just supply me with the code, but, I am not a business person and most surely cannot appreciate the myriad reasons why it is a bad idea to provide code replacement service.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of 7.1 for Mac OSX (10.4) free of charge?

Naturally, I have a virtually unlimited supply of Windows versions in my vicinity, but I don't know anybody using LV for Mac.

Can someone loan me a CD? I'll pay for shipping.

Thanks for the suggestion Simon. I just sent an email to support@ni.com. I didn't email before because I assumed that my phone contact at NI (the one that looked up my purchase and my serial number) was aware of the NI policies and would not send me away disappointed without making sure that she could not get 7.1 software for me. I'll let you know what the email contact says.
