Thouchstone toolkit used to read touchstone files (s1p, s2p, s3p, s4p).

Have you done any google search on the toolkit?

(As I said in the other thread you replied to before I saw this one) - it's just a text file.  You should be able to parse it pretty easily, especially if you only have to parse the particular flavor that you are using right now.
