Where is my mune bar in the front pannel?

I  was running same App on two Computers.I Found that the App. has not  mune bar in the front pannel in one of the computer,then i set as default into the VI property has not solve.the appearance as follow.

NOTE:Just the monitor has defferent  between the two PC.One monitor's is 17 inch,anthoer is 22.

Pls help me how to set it.

Just to be entirely sure, does the menu bar exist on the other PC?  We only see the one screenshot so I want to be sure.  Assuming it does, let's call the two PCs menu and non-menu.

Can you describe the two PCs?  What is the OS on each?  Is it safe to assume you're running the same built executable on each (not different versions of the same application) so they're both built from the same application settings?  Is the executable something you're able to share so we can see if the menu bar exists for us?

I see there's a scroll bar.  What appears above the screenshot?

Do you have any VI property nodes in your code?

Dear guy,

Greating morning, I thought that the root cause is via  the front panel of programming by labview can't normal display in different resulation monitor.If you also use labview to prograaming the software, Maybe you will encounter the same problem.

This problem is alway been for many years and still have stuck it.

Which one you can't connect?

Thank you for your reply. I checked the firewall which is to close.

Maybe, It coulde not  to browse the foreign web by using the Baidu search engies.
