Where is niwebserver.conf?

I followed the steps recommended in LabVIEW help files but I can't get the file niwebserver.conf in my built application, just got an ini file.

I enabled the web server and create a html file. Built an application including it.

I have no idea of how configure the runtime web server without this configuration file.

Won't somebody answer???  I encountered the same thing today with 2018 lv 64 bit and don't know why.
