Where is "Open a Document on Disk.vi"

I can't seem to locate Open a Document on Disk.vi in my installation of LabVIEW 2013.  I don't have the browser.lib directory in my LV install.  Was this vi removed from later versions of LV?

Its there in vi.lib at below location

\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2013\vi.lib\Platform\browser.llb
