Where is the Excel error log?

I am writing 1024 data points to an excel spreadsheet via active x and 1 out of 5 or 6 time excel will generate the following error.

"EXCEL has generated errors and will be closed by windows.

You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created."

So I would like to fine the excel error log so that I can see the exact error.

Todd,

I really have no idea where this error log might be created. You might check the event log (in the Administrator Tools for Windows 2000) and see if it is there. It might be. Otherwise, have you tried searching MSDN at http://msdn.microsoft.com?
