Where is the Results module in the VI created from vision builder 3.0?

I upgraded vision builder 2.6 to Vbai 3.0. Now when i migrate to labview, i do not see Results module in the block diagram of inspect main VI. How do i modify the error messages when there is an error in inspection with the current setup that only has process module?

    The results module is no longer available, but the results are accessible individually.  Are you wanting to just edit the error messages?  You can clear the status of the inspection, but that would defeat the purpose of inspection.  If you could explain a little more what you are trying to do I would be able to help more easily, thanks!
