Which LabView version for data acquisition?

Can anybody tell me what the difference is between the full version and the base version of LabView?
I'm going to use it with the M series DAQ card, would the base version be enough for data acquisition?

But do you need the extra functions for data acquisition? It's just for measuring signals, analog en digital.

Hi,
Well if its only for measuring Analog and digital data we may not need the full devp version the base version shall do your work,but may be later when you need to do some post processing you can always upgrade it.
