Which menus contain these block?

I want to use block shown in yellow area in attached photo

How and from where in Labview can i access them?

  double click them and you find it on the frontpanel :), numeric control and picture indicator...

Those are front panel controls and indicators. The ones on the left are numeric controls. The one on the right is a picture indicator. You should really take some time to review the tutorial materials posted at the top of this page.

dear it is a snapshot and not a vi.  

i have taken this snapshot from a book/manual and i want to implement it on Labview myself

so i am not able to click it,that is why i am asking where are these block available/located?(which menu contains them)

Both Henrik_Volkers and I told you that they are front panel objects - numeric controls and a picture display, respectively. You will not find them by looking through the block diagram functions menus.

i cannot see picture display or picture indicator in numeric drop down on frontpanel

Once again you need to go through the LabVIEW training resources. If you right click on the front panel and put a numeric control it will show up on the block diagram as in  your picture (as long as you put a type DBL control).

I want to use picture display/ picture indicator

but when i click on numeric in front panel, i couldn't find picture display/ picture indicator as shown in attached photo

i have gone through basic learning resources but couldn't find a way out

Please kindly guide me
