Which module contains Overlay.llb?

I'm trying to get a .vi file running that I got from a collaborator and it is requesting <vilib>:\Vision\Overlay.llb. I thought this would be included in the Vision Development Module, but I am still getting the message after installing VDM. Is it possibly an issue with the version? 

So far I have installed:

LabView 8.5

VDM 8.2.1

NI-IMAQ for USB

I think you'll need to upgrade your VDM to 8.5 or newer in order to work with LabVIEW 8.5.
