Why am I getting this Icon Editor

I installed the F3 patch in the last few days and now I am getting a different icon editor.  Old.png is the icon editor I had prior to the patch.  It will flash on the screen momentarily and then a different icon editor (Icon editor.png) pops up.

My custom templates also appear to be gone.

Does anyone know whiy this is happening?

Update - I do get the tabbed icon editor when creating new VI's.  The custom icons I have created are not shown.  The other icon editor only pops up when I'm editing existing VIs.

Have you tried to arbitrarily save your old VI's, close them, open them as see if you get the same result?

In the past the way to bring up the old Icon Editor was to break the new one.  There was a post a while ago when the new editor wasn't prefered (too many issues), so people had ways to open a VI and break it (by adding a loose wire) then the old editor would appear.  This makes me believe there is a problem with calling the new editor for some reason which is why it falls back to the old one.

It looks like the patch "lost" my png files for templates.  I copied my png template files to the Icon Template LabVIEW Data directory and I was back to the original icon editor.
