I can access all channels by creating my own VI, but in the DAQ Channel Wizard it places the term "(sys)" by half of my channels and will not let me use them. The usable ones have the term "(cfg)" by them.
How did you create the channels? Are you using MAX 2.2 or MAX 3.0? In NI-DAQ 7.0 and MAX 3.0 I know that some channels can be internally used when routing from location to the other. This might insert a "(sys)" but I'm not sure. Maybe if you include a screenshot I can help out.
