Why didn't my exe file run directly?

I am using LabVIEW7.1 and it generates exe file well. Everytime when I run the exe file, a window pops out first as shown in attached. Only after I choose another option from the drag menu, the exe file starts to run. How come? thanks.

You have labview RT toolkit installed. In your application builder, there is a checkbox under "Application Settings" tab (where you add custom icon), it is called something like "display RT connection dialog" (can't remember it clearly). Uncheck it and rebuild your application.
