Why do I get a -2146959355 error in report subVI

When running the attached VI within LabVIEW 6.1 I get the reported error in the Set Report Font subVI. When I build an executable from the very same VI it runs without an error. Why do I get the error within LabVIEW?

Your VI was missing one of the subVIs, VVPTS Error Code Arrays.vi, so I was not able to run it. When I just deleted this SubVI, I was not able to reproduce the error.
Which property or invoke node in the Set Report Font subVIs returns the error? Wire the New Report.vi output cluster, to see if the error happens in this VI.
2146959355 is a Microsoft error. I found a document with a similar issue. This error was solved by going into subVI of the Set Report Font VI, called Font Style.vi. On the diagram, in the upper left-hand corner, there is a property node. Change the property node to a different property and back. It then should work.
A better workaround is to force a recompile on the VI. Ctl+Run arrow on the specific vi causing the problem ie. F
ont Style.vi, or Set Report Font.vi
