Why do I get an error 200303 while I am not using a DAQmx Timing?

Dear ALL,

Hi there!

Why do I get an error 200303 while I am not using a DAQmx Timing? I am confused by that, could any one help me?

Thanks a lot!

Hi Jason,

you should have learned by now to always attach your VI when you have a specific problem with it!

What makes you think it has anything to do with DAQmx?  According to LabVIEW, "This error code is undefined".  You say there's an error, presumably your code has a problem, and we are not very good at guessing what you did.  Please attach your code (pictures are not as helpful as VIs, since we often can't see the entire Block Diagram (or it is so tiny we can't read it), we can't see "behind" Case Statements, etc.  If you are using a few sub-VIs, attach them as well (or, better, if everything is in a single User folder, compress the Folder and attach the resultiing .ZIP file).

He probably meant error "negative"   -200303 which is "External sample clock source must be specified for this application."

But of course that doesn't help that much more without seeing the VI!

Of course he did, but "probably wrong" data about his VI and its (probable) errors is not much more helpful than "no data" about the code (and its errors).  Maybe he'll read the entire list of responses, see what we're asking for, stop wasting our time and provide us the help we need to help him.
