Why do I get "error #3 c:\lv41\mgsource\memory.c at line 815"?

I'm running LabVIEW 4.1 on WinNT SP6. This error occurs when I exit my LabVIEW application. Sometimes I get a Dr. Watson error instead. Oddly enough, my LV application seems to work well.

What kind of application is it? I mean, do you use VISA, ActiveX, or any kind of dll call? I'd suggest to run your application step by step (in highligt mode) try to exit and see where you get the crash.
