Why does MAX HDV open to 1899 no matter what time window I provide?

I am using "Call HDV.vi" to look at a few tags over the last 24 hours. No matter what I wire to the "Time interval" input of the vi, MAX opens in 1899, showing no data naturally.

Hello,

A VI within the callHDV library was miscompiled. Attached is a new library that should fix the problem. Replace the callHDV.llb in the directory below with the attached llb file.

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\vi.lib\lvdsc\hdv
