Did you mean:

Why does label not dim when cluster is disabled?

If you're using the same cluster in several different places, you should look into making it a "type def" control.

Uhhh, perhaps you didn't remember the original message.

The whole problem comes about BECAUSE I used a typedef. If I DON'T use a typedef, then the problem doesn't exist.

And having a typedef still means you have to reprocess any existing files for them to be readable.

Somehow that slipped that mind. No more answering questions at 7:00 in the morning unless I'm actually at work.

Hello,

This is an issue which has been previously submitted to our LabVIEW development team. The behavior you described is not expected. Our R&D team is currently investigating the issue.

A link to this thread has also been included in the report. Any additional comments you would care to make in this thread will be associated with the report.

This was reported to R&D (# 3M6CD6UF) and was fixed in LabVIEW 8.2. Here is a link to the current evaluation software download for LabVIEW.

Thanks!
