Why does program execution "jump" this SubVi sometimes?

I'm sending a SubVi as attachment wich has other SubVis that run in a specific sequence (I'm using error in/out to do this).
It's working with exception of what is on the right side of de case structure. This part is running maybe 75% percent of all shots. Why!?
Many of these SubVis (including the red 'MOVE') are sending and receiving data from the serial comm. Could that be transfer problem? I don't think so because it only happens here.
Sorry for all the mess and 'wait+'s in there.
Thank you!

Erick

Depending in what is in your SubVis, an error condition can cause an apparent skipping of code. Some Vis are written to bypass some code if an Error In status condition is True. Put a probe on the Error In wire just before the SubVi that is being skipped.
