Why doesn't NI officially notify death of NXG? When??

Yes, I think that's still the case. So it would be all paying users, then.

But isn't LabVIEW and NXG sold together? At least I was unaware of NXG being sold separately.

Well... That's a stretch I don't know about you but my company purchased LabVIEW and NI included NXG as a bonus.

Yes; you can also apparently buy NXG and get Classic included as a bonus! (https://www.ni.com/en-nz/shop/labview/select-edition.html#labview-nxg-editions ). So really, anyone buying a LabVIEW variant could be a potential NXG user.

I see the NI Shop page I linked notes an announcement regarding NXG support (which links to the forum thread) so at least there's that flag for anyone going down the path.

Basil, I have same question and have already posted following topic, but no reply from NI employee.

Why doesn't NI officially notify death of NXG? When??

In the topic, Daniel mentioned his shame but nobody replied and provided support.

It seems that NI decided to abandon LabVIEW NXG developer and kill NXG. It can't be helped...

Of course, we don't want to disgrace NI brand. We love LabVIEW and LabVIEW NXG.

What we hope is just official announcement to all LabVIEW developer. Why don't? As Daniel mentioned, has scary? Even if there is no way to support NXG developer soon, quick announcement prevents developer to consider to try NXG.

I have a confidence that sincere response doesn't make those shitstorm. Hope NI takes Action.

I'm going to have to warn you about your language; if this continues I will report it.  This is a professional forum.

It wasn't even alive to begin with, but as a company they should offer support for NXG for the next few years. I always found NXG a bit convoluted and heavy (especially for my old ASUS laptop). Maybe, they will port the interesting features (Web module, BD improvements) to classic LabVIEW.
