Why is FPS of image acquisition so slow?

I'm trying to aquire image with CCD camera.  According to CCD camera's specification, it can go 8fps with 1X1 and up to 45 fps with 4X4 binning.  However, with my program, it can only aquire 4fps to 5fps.  Is it because my program is too slow?

I do not see anything that would be noticeable slowing your acquisition and it seems to be only slightly altered from the 'Grab and Basic Attributes.vi' example. If you set the framerate to be one of those faster rates in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) and then run the basic 'Grab.vi' example does the fps seem to improve? This may be a good indication whether the problem is with the hardware to software interface or something specific in the program you attached is slowing down the acquisition.
