Why is LabVIEW clearing some of my data?

I have a set up of a few thermocouples being read and logged into the computer in real time.

The data is being graphed and simultaneously logged.

For some reason, the graph will only show the most recent 8 minutes or so,

but the logged data file contains ALL the data.

yeh......?

how do I set the graph to display all of the data until I manually clear it?

Nevermind,
I answered my own question.
I just need to set the 'Chart History Length' to hold a higher number of data points.

Hi there:

I imagine that you are using a waveform chart.

If you right click on the chart and select “Chart History Length” (default 1024 points), you and increase the number of point displayed, according to your needs.
