Why is my Logitech c190 not recongnized in max

I have download the NI-IMAq USB and the Vision Asistant for some reason I can't get my camera Logitech C190 to show up MAX. I have even follwed the instructions given here. This camera supports directshow . If anybody can point me in the right direction I would really appericiate it.

Computer and software:

Windows xp

Labview  2010

Vision asistant 2010

NI-IMAQdx 8.6

NI-IMAQ USB

NI Vision 8.5

Hi Faisalm,

The NI IMAQ USB drivers have been replaced by IMAQdx drivers in the newer versions of the Vision Acquisition Software (VAS). Please check what version of the IMAQdx drivers you have in MAX (the newest version will be IMAQdx 3.8). If your IMAQdx drivers are not up to date you can download the installer for the newest version of VAS.
