Why is the Labview 2009 DSC Module SP1 Download Link is broken?

I tried to download the Data, Supervisory and Control (DSC) Module for Labview 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) but the link is broken. Here it is:

I get this message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /evaluation/labview/ekit/other/downloader/LV2009SP1_DSC_downloader.exe on this server.

Can someone at NI investigate this or suggest another way to access this file (FTP, etc.).
