Why would LabView 6.02 stall when loading at init menus after operating normally for some time previously?

After installing LV 6i (and upgrading to 6.02) on a new machine it ran well for awhile. Then, for no apparent reason, I began experiencing random problems when loading from llb's. I would get the message the LV couldn't locate a vi. This would neccessitate me using backups of the llb as it wouldn't load the vi's I needed. This problem is especially vexing as it occurred with random vi's saved in llb's. Finally I had enough and reinstalled LV 6 and upgraded to 6.02 again. Now LV stalls at loading at the init menus stage. It takes minutes to load. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated as this is driving me mad!

Thanks!

I guess that your filesystem is corrupted !
When running win9x this can happen.
Now lv hangs when starting, maybe a circular reference in the menu files.
uninstall all labview, repair your operating system and install again.
I advise to switch to win2k
