Try this.

I am not sure which data set you wanted to look at the threshold but it should show you how to check the data nd write only the points that are over the threshold.

Many thanks. How can I write the phase data also to a file.When I ran the programme I get two columns. The left hand column value increases when you increase the threshold. Also how can I include the x axis data ?

I have tested the programme and it is OK. How can I two seperate thresholds for the phase and magnitude data. How can I format them to the following format.
