Writing continuous data to excel in different columns?

Do you have to use excel intially?  One solution I use is the "Write To Spreadsheet File.vi" and save the file as *.csv, this file will open in excel.

This example will save in c:\test.csv.

Consider tdms if you have a lot of data that you need to save quickly. Why we have to speculate on what you are really asking for is a mystery since you've been asked for details.
