Writing the front panel window bounds and reading the same front panel bounds is NOT equal

I am trying to set a front panel bounds (say 100x100) and reading it back immediately using property node.  But read back value is not equal to what I set.  Its always few pixels more than what I set (like 100x102).  Why LV behaves like this?

FYI:  I don't have Windows size set to 0x0 in VI Properties

Which version of labview are you using?

Mine works fine!

This works on LabVIEW 2012 for me.
