XML Library

Hello,

I have a C project in Eclipse 2014 (Windows) and I want to use the library "libxml". But when I write opkg files in the prompt I don't have this package. How can I install the library "libxml" please?

Thank you for your answer. But I want to have the xml lib in C (Eclipse) and not in LabVIEW. When I update opkg, it's writing :  " wget: bad address 'download.ni.com'". I just want to put the lib in the project Eclipse via "Properties >C/C++> Settings> libraries"
