XP Embedded - The file "IvAnalys.dll" is not a valid LabVIEW file

I have managed to port most of my application to the "XP Embedded" platform.
But when I include vi's requiring this dll, I get the error message:

LabVIEW: Generic Error
The file "IvAnalys.dll" is not a valid LabVIEW file

I suspect I'm missing some file(s) that the IvAnalys.dll depens on?
