XP computer doesn't see 32 bits applications from 71LabVIEWPlatform?

I'm trying to install LabVIEW 7.1 addons, but not getting 32 bit applications that can run on my XP machine. I use my Win7 computer, using ImgBurn 2.5.8.0 to burn 71LabVIEWPlatform.iso  that I got at this link, to a dvd disc. The set-up appliactions on the disc are not runnable. I verified the burn in IMGBurn. Has anyone else seen the set up applications report that they're not 32 bit compatible ? Any ideas are appreciated.

Does the error actually state that it's not 32-bit compatible?  I know that later versions of setup.exe requires an update to WinXP that isn't included on any service pack or update.

Please explan what that means. What is the exact error message?

Instead of burning a CD, try to extract the ISO file to a plain folder (e.g. using 7zip).

All set now. My previous download was 4GB less than the download  of the .iso I did today. I used the NI downloader today, not sure what I used last time. Thanks for the view and comments guys.

Yeah as much as I hate unnecessarily downloading and EXE that is a bootstrap to download files, the NI ones work pretty well, and don't include a bunch of crap ware and try changing my default browser like other sites.  I'm looking at you CNet download.
