Xantrex XTR 300-2.8

Hi!

I'm trying to communicate with a Xantrex XTR 300-2.8 power supply through LabView 8.5 using USB.
I've tried to use the example provided with the drivers downloaded from ni.com, but I keep getting these
errors:

Error -1073807297 occurred at XanXTR Measure.vi
Possible reason(s):
Driver Status:  (Hex 0xBFFF003F) A format specifier in the format string is invalid.
Primary Error:(Hex 0xBFFC0011) Identification query failed.

Error -1073807339 occurred at XanXTR Measure.vi
Possible reason(s):
Driver Status:  (Hex 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation completed.
Primary Error:(Hex 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation completed.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong, and how it can be fixed?
