I am using LV2012 FPGA with the RIO Evaluation Kit (sbRIO-9636). I have a 1d array of U16 that I want to put into the Xilinx FPGA FFT function.* It originally had a while loop around it, but when I tried to compile it told me that function was only supported inside a single cycle timed loop so I changed the while loop to an SCTL. But now when I try to compile, there's a "code generation error" screen that says "You cannot include this function in a For Loop when the For Loop is inside a single-cycle Timed Loop." The purpose of the for loop is to feed the array values one at a time to the FFT function, as required. Is there an alternate way of doing this? *(I realize it would be better to dynamically load the data onto the FPGA, but I'll just hardcode it for now because I want to make it as simple as possible at first just to get some graphs. I would be much obliged if someone could try recompiling and running the project that you think should work, just to make sure it isn't an issue with my computer.
