Y - amplitude compensation

Hello everyone,

I am new to Labview. Currently, I am analysing a signal received from drilling machine. The signal contains some kind of noise generated by Powerline frequency. To compensate this, I am trying to trigger the signal and consider only neccessary part of it for analysis. But because of poerline frequency noise, the start and end of each signal is not at constant amplitudes. The end of signal is at different amplitude levels. I am trying to compensate this Y-amplitude variation at point 2 and move the start and end of each signal on the same amplitude level and then analyse it.
Will you please let me know how can I do it?
