Your version 6.0.3 is not listed on your website; failure image.cpp, line 10066

I am using Robolab 2.5, and after loading it on my XP, I run it, and get the Failure message: "image.cpp" line 10066 LabVIEW v. 6.0.3.

I went to your website, and there was no direction for v 6.0.3.

Please tell me how to solve this failure.

Thank you,
Melinda Storch

P.S. I am only a volunteer parent trying to help out these kids and their LEGO Robotics Club, and having repeated failures of this software, with it now being identified as an NI problem, is VERY frustrating. PLEASE HELP!

I am not NI but I may be able to help.

If I recall correctly (going on memory here) LV 6.0.3 was LV 6.0.2 with a patch to handle an issue with LV Real-Time.

Go with the 6.0.2 option if you have it.

What kind if issues are you seeing?

Melinda,

I'm sorry you are having issues with Robolab and LabVIEW, and understand your frustration. In order to best help you, I would recommend going to the Robolab Site - LEGO Mindstorms For Schools. LEGO supports this product and has engineers who will be better enabled to address your issue. Please let me know if you are unable to receive any help from then.

Have a nice day!
