I want to write a number to digital channel 0,and read it from
channel 1 throught DIG Port or DIG Line,It can be realize?how to?

Hello;

If you want to loopback the digital line out to a digital line in, the best way to do it is to mask the whole port so you can configure different lines as input or output lines.
I'm attahcing a VI that does the trick.
